Bonuses and Free Spins

Bonus or Free Spins offers are only made once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number and/or IP address.

Deposit bonuses must be activated by you from your account. Unless otherwise stated, you can select the relevant bonus after logging into your activation account and make the necessary deposit to receive that bonus.

If you claim a Bonus or Free Spins, all winnings from these prizes will remain as a bonus and you may not be able to withdraw funds until the bonus wagering requirements are met.

All Bonuses and Free Spins have wagering requirements that must be completed within the specified time frame before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirements for all bonuses are stated in the conditions section of that bonus. If the wagering requirements are not met, you will forfeit the bonuses in your account and any winnings made with those bonuses.

Unless otherwise stated, in order for the bonus amount to be converted into real money;

You must play 20 times the bonus amount for sports betting, provided that the coupon rate is at least 1.50, 30 times the bonus amount for Slots, or 90 times the bonus amount for Table Games and Live Casino games. The bonus cannot be wagered in some slot games such as "Deal or No Deal", "Wizard Shop".

The contribution of each game to the bonus wagering is proportional and you can diversify your games and complete the bonus wagering. For example, instead of making a sports bet of $/€100 to wager a bonus of $/€10, playing slot games worth $/€150 after playing sports bets of $/€50 will also ensure that the bonus wagering is completed.

If your free bet wins, the net winnings of your bet will be credited to your account as a bonus. General bonus wagering requirements apply to this bonus. The amount of the free bet will not be credited to your account.

If you cancel the Bonus/Free Spins, you will forfeit the Bonus/Free Spins and any winnings they have accrued.

In the event that we suspect that bonuses are being misused (our definition of abuse includes the player playing only with bonuses without risking their own money), we may refuse any player's right to a Bonus, or modify it, including cancelling it, if there are technical difficulties related to the bonus, if the Bonus is not delivered as planned.

If there is abuse or fraud, we will close your Account and any existing credit will be removed.
When meeting the bonus wagering requirements, the bet amount will first be deducted from your cash balance. Bonuses cannot be wagered on some casino games. In these games, you will not be able to view your bonus balance and you will not be able to play the games with a bonus balance. You can contact our customer service to cancel your bonus without playing any games with your bonus amount, including detailed information on the subject.

BetRise.com reserves the right to cancel the bonus received and the winnings earned with the bonuses received when it detects abuse related to the use of the bonus. In the event of a dispute, the decision of BetRise will be final. We reserve the authority to change the bonus rules at any time we deem necessary.
